A BILL to amend and reenact section seven, article fifteen, chapter twenty-two of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to a special provision for residential solid waste disposal.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section seven, article fifteen, chapter twenty-two of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted, all to read as follows:
§22-15-7. Special provision for residential solid waste disposal.

All commercial and public solid waste facilities shall establish and publish a yearly schedule providing for one day per month on which a person not in the business of hauling or disposing of solid waste, who is a resident of the wasteshed in which the facility is located, may dispose of an amount of residential solid waste up to one pick-up truckload or its equivalent, free of all charges and fees.


NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to remove public solid waste facilities from the requirements that they provide one day per month for persons to use the facilities free of charge.
